Privacy notice

Effective from 7 October 2026

Who we are

Litterli is a Latvian company that is currently being registered. Once it is, we will publish its full name, registration number and legal address here. For questions about your data, email info@litterli.com.

What data we process and why

Contact form. When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if you give one) and your message, plus technical data such as your IP address and the time you sent it. We use this only to reply to you and, if you wish, to discuss working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)). Giving us your details is voluntary, but we can't reply without an email address.

Visiting the website. To keep the website running and secure, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across other websites; we only see aggregated numbers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so no consent banner is needed.

Who receives the data

These service providers process data on our behalf:

Some data is processed outside the European Economic Area: Web3Forms operates from India, and its service providers as well as Google and Cloudflare are US companies. These transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@litterli.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija): www.dvi.gov.lv, Elijas iela 17, Riga, LV-1050, or to the data protection authority in your own country.

We don't make automated decisions about you or profile you.
